Privacy Policy
General provisions
We are guided by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, 2016. April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and its implementing legislation.
In this Privacy Policy, personal data is understood as the name, surname, personal identification number, address of residence and other data of a natural person as defined in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Ways of gathering information
We collect the personal data of our customers using:
registration forms,
when you buy our goods or receive services and indicate your personal data in orders and contracts,
upon submission of your personal data by e-mail, online or otherwise.
Objectives of information collection and data collection
For the purpose of ordering, selling and delivering goods - name, surname, address, e-mail. postal address, telephone number.
For the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter - name, surname, e-mail. postal address, telephone number, city, field of activity.
For the purpose of direct marketing (with consent) - Customer's name, surname, e-mail address.

providing the goods and services you have ordered,

Direct marketing
We try to be the first to inform our customers about information that may be of interest to us: special offers, news and services.
Your e-mail email address, phone number or other personal data for direct marketing purposes may only be used with your consent.
Information retention periods
We will protect your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
For direct marketing purposes, personal data shall be stored for a maximum of 3 years, unless a longer retention period is established or permitted by law.
Notwithstanding the above retention periods, we reserve the right to store your personal data on the server to the extent necessary if the data you provide has been (i) used in an illegal activity or (ii) suspected of identity theft or other breach that an investigation has been or will be conducted by the relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if we have received complaints about the relevant customer, or if we have observed violations of the Rules by the relevant customer, or (iv) for other legitimate purposes of storing personal data.
Your rights regarding personal data
You have the right to access your personal data, to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to consent to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (without giving reasons) or in the General Data Protection Regulation, to request the deletion of your personal data. other rights provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
Upon receipt of your request or instruction, we will provide a response no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days and will perform or refuse to perform the actions specified in the request. Your request will be answered in writing. In individual cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 calendar days in the case of large data and other similar cases.
