1. General provisions.
1.1 These Rules are a binding legal document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods and services offered by the Seller when the Buyer acquires goods or services in the Store.
1.2. The Buyer may purchase goods and services in the Store only by agreeing to the Rules. After the Buyer confirms the acquaintance with the Rules, he undertakes to comply with them and comply with them. By purchasing goods and services in the Store, the Buyer agrees with the application of the Rules and confirms that he has understood them. In the event that the Buyer has not read and / or did not understand the Rules or did not agree with them, he may not purchase goods and services in the Store.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change the Rules. Changes to the Rules shall take effect after their publication in the Store. If the Buyer uses the Store in any way after the announcement of the amendments to the Rules, it is considered that he agrees with all the amendments to the Rules.
1.4. Hereinafter, the term “goods” includes both goods and services, unless it is expressly stated or it appears from the context otherwise.

2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary to fulfill the order of the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.
2.4. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer's own consent.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.
3.1. The buyer has the right to:
- to buy in the Store in accordance with the Rules, other instructions of the Seller and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement by notifying the Seller thereof in writing not later than within 14 (fourteen) days in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code and these Rules;
- return and / or replace substandard and / or improperly assembled goods, use the warranties applicable to the goods;
- to other rights provided for in the Rules and / or legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The buyer undertakes:
- pay the price of the ordered goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if such are specified when concluding the contract) and accept the ordered goods;
- when accepting the goods to inspect and inspect them, as well as to inform the Seller about the damage of the consignment, clearly visible defects of the goods, non-conformity of the product model, assembly with the Buyer's order in accordance with the Rules;
- check whether the purchased product is of good quality and inform the Seller (tel. +37068579710 or e-mail: info@myhappyplace.lt) about the observed defects in the quality of the product, which could not be noticed during the delivery of the product;
- having chosen the delivery service or other services offered by the Seller, to create conditions for their provision, as well as to properly pay for such services;
- to pay the costs of returning the goods, if they are borne by the Buyer;
- immediately update the information if the Buyer's Registration data, delivery data have changed;
- not to use the Store in a way that may endanger the proper functioning, security, integrity of the Store or restrict the access of other persons to the Store;
-to comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Store.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer's access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the personal information belonging to the Buyer specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
4.5. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
4.8. If the Buyer uses the services provided by the Store after the changes in these terms and conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change of the Rules.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms
5.1. In order to purchase the goods, the Buyer places an order. Orders are accepted:

- physically sold
5.2. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded for each order of the Buyer.
5.3. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer in the Store: places an order and forms a shopping cart according to the Seller's instructions and specifies the delivery address or pick-up method, selects the payment method and the Seller confirms the Buyer's order. In cases where the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Rules, he cannot order the goods.
5.4. The purchase and sale agreement shall be deemed fulfilled when the goods are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.5. After confirming the Buyer's order, the Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods and accept the goods ordered in the Store within 7 days. If the buyer fails to make the payment within 7 days, the order will be canceled.
5.6. All product prices in the online store are indicated in Eur, including VAT, and in other currencies, including VAT.
5.7. The price of the goods does not include the price of delivery of the goods and the price of the services that the Buyer can order from the Seller. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery service and other services are paid for.

6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. Possible ways of delivery of goods to the Buyer are indicated after the Buyer has formed a shopping cart and provided the delivery address.
6.2. The price of delivery of the goods to the Buyer is indicated before the payment is made. The delivery price of the goods is paid in advance, together with the payment for the goods.
6.3. Goods are delivered to Buyers in Lithuania within 1-3 working days from the order confirmation. Delivery to other EU countries takes about 7 days. The Buyer is informed about the exact delivery date and time interval by e-mail. by post and / or telephone. The buyer can also be individually informed about other delivery times. The Seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered in all cases within the delivery terms specified in the Rules and / or elsewhere in the Store, as well as individually specified to the Buyer, especially if the ordered goods are not in the Seller's warehouses. The seller undertakes to make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible.
6.4. When ordering the delivery service, the Buyer must indicate the exact place of delivery and create suitable conditions for unloading the goods.
6.5. When accepting the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment, the quantity, quality and range of the goods. If the packaging of the consignment is damaged, the quantity, quality and range of goods do not correspond, the Buyer must indicate this in the delivery confirmation or in the forms provided by the person who delivered the consignment.
6.6. Upon acceptance of the consignment by the Buyer without comments, it is considered that the goods were delivered in undamaged package, the quantity, quality and range of goods comply with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, and additional services related to the sale and delivery of goods.
6.7. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.8. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

7. Quality of goods, guarantees.

7.1.The characteristics of the goods sold shall be indicated in general in the description of the goods accompanying each goods. If the characteristics or properties of the goods are indicated differently in the name and description and contradict each other, the correct information shall be deemed to be given in the description of the goods.

7.2. The goods in the store may not correspond in color, shape or other parameters to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the electronic devices used by the Buyer or other technical reasons, as well as taking into account reasonably possible appearance discrepancies.


8. Marketing and information.
8.1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers.
8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall take effect from the moment of their change or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller's e-mail. the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section of the store.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent informational or confirmatory messages due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages entering the SPAM catalog, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in Clause 2.4 of these Rules.
